Led by Beth Finger, Land Alliance’s Long Island Water Education Program instructor

Many species of birds migrate to Wawapek in the spring, facing great dangers along the way. We will learn about bird adaptations and pretend to go on our own migration journey. Then we will use binoculars to find birds who have just finished their brave migration and are spending their summer on Long Island.

This event is free, but advance registration is required. 
After you have registered, but before the event, we will email you to confirm your attendance and provide more detailed information. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at 516-922-1028 or info@northshorelandalliance.org, as this will help us register those on the waiting list.
