On behalf of the North Shore Land Alliance and Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Suffolk County, thank you for joining us today for the Oh DEER! Symposium: Addressing Challenges, Exploring Solutions at LIU Post. Your presence, dedication and shared concern for our local environment make this event a vital step toward educating our community about the damage deer cause to our native landscapes and how we can respond to protect them.

We extend our deepest appreciation to all of our presenters and partner organizations who shared their time, field experience and actionable solutions—from innovative deer fencing and tick ecology to long-term population management and deer-resistant plantings.
