ANNUAL LECTURE SERIES IN NEW YORK CITY
North Shore Land Alliance will host its annual lecture series in New York City to provide an insightful, thought-provoking and engaging presentation lead by a renowned policy leader. Past lectures have been lead by distinguished and noted policy makers such Tracy L. Wolstencroft, Managing Director, Global Head of Environmental Markets at Goldman Sachs; Richard L. Kauffman, Chairman of Energy and Finance for New York State and Bill McKibben, founder of 350.org.

2015 LONG ISLAND FOOD CONFERENCE (formerly known as the Small Farm Summit)
North Shore Land Alliance, in partnership with Hofstra University and other local organization, will co-host the 2015 Long Island Food Conference.  The conference, a continuation of the 2011 and 2012 Small Farm Summits, will bring together hundreds of key stakeholders and members of our communities from across Long Island and the tri-state area to learn, discuss and network about the importance of growing and promoting a sustainable local food system.  Click here to learn more about the Long Island Food Conference.
