Come stroll with us and appreciate the Garden’s numerous and diverse bamboo species.

Registration

Registration will open as the event approaches.  Free for Friends of the Humes Japanese Stroll Garden and $10 for non-members.  Before the event, but after you have registered, we will email you to confirm your membership and attendance and provide more detailed information.  If you are unable to attend, please contact Jane Jackson at 516-922-1028 or [email protected] as this will help us register those on the waiting list.

Event Changes and Cancellations

The John P. Humes Japanese Stroll Garden may be closed during severe weather conditions and events may be canceled or rescheduled.   Stay informed by visiting the Land Alliance website or Facebook page for updates.

Become a Friend of the Humes Japanese Stroll Garden

Your support will help steward this 7-acre gem, provide ongoing tours and cultural programs and ensure it’s open for all to enjoy.  Membership entitles you to unlimited entry and invitations to special events.  Stroll Garden members will automatically become members of the North Shore Land Alliance.
