In 2024, the Land Alliance, with assistance from the New York State Conservation Partnership Program, installed three large compost bins at our MacDonald property. This compost hub allows us to process vegetation debris on-site. We also launched a series of composting and food waste workshops to educate the community.

Join us for the fourth workshop in this series! Peter will show you how to compost garden and yard debris in your backyard using a DIY method, turning waste into rich soil for your garden.
