Led by Heather Rubenstein, Certified Yoga Instructor

Join us for our weekly yoga sessions to strengthen your body, relax your mind and connect with nature. Heather Rubenstein is a certified yoga instructor who blends Ashtanga, Yin and Katonah yoga with breathing and meditation to help her students feel grounded and joyful throughout their practice. Her yoga classes are carefully sequenced for all levels.

Participants are asked to bring their own mats, a blanket, and any other props.
