Summer Garden Maintenance Workshop
Friday, July 28 | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Roosevelt Community Garden
59 E. Fulton Avenue, Roosevelt
Led by Master Gardeners Kathy Gaffney and Audrey Thomas, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Nassau County
As the summer season reaches its peak, it’s time to harvest what’s growing and provide proper care for your heat-loving plants. This workshop will provide valuable information for tomato pruning, mulching, and pest control, ensuring your plants and soil remain healthy throughout the rest of the season.
Mark your calendars and be sure to join us on August 26th for our presentation titled "From Summer to Autumn: Planting a Thriving Fall Vegetable Garden."
Events are free, but advance registration is requested!
Please RSVP to [email protected].
